If you wear ponytails or buns in the same position every day, your hair will be pulled in the same place. This will likely cause tension, weakness, and hair breakage. Instead, change your hairstyles regularly. One day opt for a low ponytail, the next day a higher ponytail, the following day have your hair down, and so on. Wearing the same hairstyle often, even protective hairstyles, can be damaging to your hair. So remember to switch your hair partings, ponytail/bun positions, and how much you use heat.
